Garage Door Bottom Seal – 1″ Bulb
Garage Door Weather Stripping T Bulb Style
Slides into a single channel in the bottom of the door.
This type of weather stripping is used on garage doors, counter shutters, mini warehouse doors, sliding windows, double hung windows, gates and other applications.
This weather seal is used in both horizontal and vertical applications and we have weather seal retainers that will accommodate both applications.

Length is at least 2″ longer than the size ordered to give a custom fit to your application.
Can be easily cut to any length with a utility knife.

It is important to measure the T portion of the existing seal.
We do carry other Bulb Style seals with other than the 1/4″ T here – BULB STYLE SEALS
Installs easily with two people.
Clean the track and then apply lubricant such as WD-40.
One person guides seal into track and the other pulls the seal down the length of the door.
Do not stretch the weather seal , move it along the bottom of the door until it is not being stressed or stretched, cut off any excess and lightly crimp the ends of the channel to hold the garage door bottom weather stripping in place.
An option to crimping the retainer is to run a small screw into the weather seal through the retainer.
If Bulb Style Seal is preventing you from getting the seal you need consider replacing the weather seal retainer to accommodate a different style of weather seal.
